Captain Jellico - we all pretty much wanted to kill him. But, at least he got Deanna out of those horrid catsuits.

My favorite Troi episode: "Face of the Enemy". I thought Deanna made a delightfully wicked Romulan. A side of Troi we didn't see much of on TNG.
